Preserved moss tree bark art

Since ancient times, people have revered trees and sacred groves. People came to them for treatment, prayer, protection or love. From time immemorial, trees have been credited with magical powers. It was believed that they were inhabited by spirits, guardians of humans. Many beliefs and rituals are associated with trees. In Slavic folk culture, the tree is an object of worship.

The bark is impregnated with varnish for long service (it will not break down over time). All elements except the frame are assembled and prepared by hand.
